Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Drift Inspection Services is an inspection company in Philadelphia with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
