Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Ridge Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
