What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
