Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Ridge Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Orlando, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
