Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Forge Freight is a Omaha logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 297 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
