Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Pine Community Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
