Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Loom Pharma Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 472 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
