Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Juniper Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
