Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Bright Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
