Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Cobalt Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
