Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Milwaukee with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
