Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Clear Freight Group is a Miami logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
