Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Miami, FL)

Fernwood Ashton Freight is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Miami. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
