Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 221 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
