Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Memphis, TN)

Nova Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Memphis, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
