Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Meadow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Memphis, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
