Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Cobalt Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Memphis, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
