Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
