Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
