Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group is a Louisville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification.
