Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Louisville, KY)

Nova Corner Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
