Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Sparrow Energy Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
