Amberfield Clear Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
