Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Junction Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
