Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Junction Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
