Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Sparrow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
