Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Orchard Telecom and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
