Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Mill Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Jackson region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
