Bluepeak Ridge Construction is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • PMP or CAPM certification.
