Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Houston, TX)

Cedar Yarrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Houston. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
