Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Houston, TX)

Northwind Ember Medical is a Houston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
