Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Hartford region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
