Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Hollow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Fort Worth presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification.
