Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 999 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
