Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Denver, CO)

Clearpath Forge Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Denver. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
