Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Pike Medical is a Cleveland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
