Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
