Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Chicago, IL)

Bright Granite Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Chicago, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 561 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
