Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Timber Auto Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
