Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Boise, ID)

Silverline Rook Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Boise, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
