Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Birch Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Boise area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
