Harborlight Glen Telecom is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 419 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
