Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Boise, ID)

Redstone Loom Housing manages affordable housing communities across Boise, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
