Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Boise, ID)

Nova Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Boise, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 417 people based in Boise. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
