Clearpath Nest Water Authority is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
