Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Glen Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Boise focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 336 people based in Boise. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
