Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Vista Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Birmingham, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
