Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Austin, TX)

Bright Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
