Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Field Construction is a Atlanta contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
