Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Union Health is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 640 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification.
